SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
1. Program Description. This messaging program sends text messages to customers and prospective puppy families who have submitted their mobile number to Devoted Doxies LLC through our website at www.devotedoxies.com, including our Puppy Application and contact forms, and who have explicitly opted in to receive SMS messages. Opt-in is collected through web forms with a dedicated, unchecked checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include puppy application status updates, deposit and payment confirmations, puppy pickup and transport scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, and customer support communications.
With your separate consent, messages may also include information about the Devoted Doxies breeding program, upcoming litters, and available puppies.
Text messages will never promote Life's Abundance or any other third-party products.
2. Consent. You will only receive text messages if you have explicitly opted in. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any puppy, product, or service from Devoted Doxies LLC.
3. Cancellation Instructions. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
4. Support Information. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or reach out directly to [email protected] or call (253) 202-6695 during business hours, 9 AM to 5 PM PT, seven days a week.
5. Carrier Liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Message & Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service usage, puppy application, and appointment schedule. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
7. Supported Carriers. Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.
8. Age Restriction. You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.
9. Privacy Policy. For privacy-related inquiries, please refer to our Privacy Policy at https://devotedoxies.com/privacy-policy.
We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines, regarding the use of SMS communications.
General Terms
The Site and its Content are owned by Devoted Doxies LLC ("Company," "We," "I," "Our," or "Us"). By using the Site and/or purchasing, viewing, downloading, or otherwise signing up to receive the Devoted Doxies email list newsletter, text messages, social media posts, blog posts, guides, forms, worksheets, workbooks, website materials, and/or recipes or whitepapers (collectively, the "Site, Services, and/or Products"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that apply to specific products or services, including any signed Devoted Doxies Puppy Application or Purchase Agreement. If you do not agree with these Terms of Service, do not use or browse the Site.
Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Definitions. The definitions of "Content," "Site," "You," and "Your" in our Privacy Policy apply to these Terms of Service.
Privacy. How we collect, use, share, and protect Personal Information, including mobile phone numbers and SMS consent records, is described in our Privacy Policy at https://devotedoxies.com/privacy-policy.
Intellectual Property Rights
Our Limited License to You. This Site and all the materials available on the Site are the property of Devoted Doxies LLC and/or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Site is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Unless explicitly authorized, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium any material from the Site, including text, images, and media. However, you may download and/or print one copy of individual pages for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices.
Your License to Us. By posting or submitting any material (including comments, reviews, social media posts, photos, and videos) to us via the Site or other digital venues, you represent that you own the material or have obtained the necessary permissions. You grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, transmit, sell, exploit, create derivative works from, distribute, and publicly perform or display such material.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Devoted Doxies LLC and its owners, agents, and independent contractors from any claims, causes of action, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your breach of any obligation, warranty, or representation under these Terms of Service.
Online Commerce
Certain sections of the Site may link to products and services from third-party vendors, such as transport providers or product retailers. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, timeliness, or reliability of those products and services. Your dealings with third-party vendors are solely between you and the third party, and Devoted Doxies LLC is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from such dealings. All payment transactions are processed through a payment gateway provider and are not stored on our servers.
Life's Abundance Referral Disclosure. Devoted Doxies LLC participates in a referral program with Life's Abundance and earns a commission when you purchase through our link. "This does not change the price you pay." Purchases are made directly with Life's Abundance and are subject to its terms and policies, and the Online Commerce terms above apply. Life's Abundance products are never promoted through our text messaging program.
Registration & Passwords
To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, notify us immediately at [email protected].
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in conduct that we deem inappropriate or unlawful. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Site and any content obtained from it.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of Washington.
Changes to These Terms of Service
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time by posting the revised version on this page with a new Effective Date. By continuing to use the Site after we post changes, you accept the Terms of Service as modified.
